Reservation Policy

In-Season: June 6th – August 9th / Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Weekend
Off-Season: March 1st – June 5th and August 10th – December 15th (excluding holiday weekends)
Special: March 1 through May 8 guests take 10% off the Off-Season rates (not available with any other special offer).

All rates are based on two nights or more reservation. Please call for one-night rates. One night reservations are based on space considerations. There is a three night minimum during red rate period.Reservation Policy: Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to both guests and ourselves. Our location is such that we do not have a large volume of traffic past our office, so we depend heavily on advance reservation business. Once we reserve a unit for a guest, we remove that unit from the market, refusing all other requests for it. In other words, we make a promise to have the unit agreed upon for the days you reserved, and you promise to pay for all the days you reserve.All reservations require a deposit. During the Summer Season this deposit is the amount of two nights’ lodging. During the Off Season, this deposit is one night’s lodging. The balance on the reservation must be paid upon arrival. There will be no refunds for early departure.

In the event of cancellation, deposit is refunded less a 10% fee or $25, whichever is greater, when notice is received 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellation within 21 days of scheduled arrival date. Deposit is non-refundable for a reservation made within 21 days of scheduled arrival date.

*We allow pets in Units B and G and in specified ‘E’ cabins only Our Policy Requirements:Inform us of your pet when you make reservations
Small Pets only (20 lbs or less)
All pets left unattended in room must be kept in a pet carrier.All pets must be currently taking flea-prevention treatments.

There is a $10.00 per pet per night charge, $25 minimum.
